Child Care

General Information

For a fee, the school provides Before and After School Child Care for students who need to be dropped off or picked up outside of regular school hours. Listed below is an up to date Child Care information for the 2013 – 2014 school year at Terrytown Elementary.

Hours

Before Child Care: 7:00 a.m. to 8:10 a.m.

After Child Care: 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

*Note: The earliest a student can be picked up in the afternoon is 3:50 p.m. due to bus dismissal taking place in the cafeteria.

Location

Before and After Care take place in the cafeteria.  Parents and/or Guardians may park in the spots in the carpool loop. All students must be signed in and out of Child Care in the cafeteria.

Registration

The registration fee of $20.00 per child is due when the student is registered for Before or After Care. Registration can take place during normal school hours in the front office or in the cafeteria during Before or After Child Care hours.

Regular Fees

Before Care: $20.00 per week

After Care: $27.00 per week

Before and After Care: $32.00 per week

Drop-in Fees

Before Care: $5.00 per day

After Care: $7.00 per day

Before and After Care: $11.00 per day

Additional Fees

Late Payment: $5.00 per day

Late Pick-Up: $1.00 per minute after 6:00 p.m.

Copy of Receipts: $15.00 (weekly receipts are given to parents at no charge)
